I always wanted to live in a penthouse, and I always wanted to go visit Tokyo. So I decided to put together these two things in a single render. :D

well, here's a critique that i don't pay for...
the mountain in the background looks too close compared to the city. It looks like it just grew up in the city.
And here's a piece of CDO, i can't see any of this building through the window. Look out the window in real life, and you'll see a part of the window-frame THROUGH the window. The building doesn't just end at the window.

Ok, that's my CDO critique. BTW, this looks awsome, i wish i could live there.

Awesome pic !!! The high detailed texture of the jars is amazing, the shader of the frabics is soo cool, and seems better with the great ilumination :)

Art Of Illusion for 3D stuffs.

Try it out. It's easy (for me anyway) but it might take a bit of getting used to for you since you're used to another program.

if u don't mind pl.

it strongly depends on your experience (and your free time, of course). I'm an hobbyist, so for an image like this one... well, let's say one week, more or less. Real time, I'd say 8 hours modeling (but I'm terribly slow), another 4-5 hours to apply the materials, and 6-8 hours to define the light.

:)

But I'm talking about me. I know for certain that many 3D artists are way, way faster than me.

I always try to put all the technical details in my comment. Mostly because I just hate when other people don't do that ;)

Wow, con cosa lo hai fatto questo?
Io ho un programma vecchissimo che si chiama 3D Home architectural deluxe ma è molto molto diverso. Non ha la stessa intesità, questo sembra vero!
