Description

I always wanted to live in a penthouse, and I always wanted to go visit Tokyo. So I decided to put together these two things in a single render. :D

I love the lighting in this but I wonder if the angle of the lighting should give a harder shadow from the middle shades over the sofa on the side wall.

All of the textures are wonderful and I love the pottery. to the left of the image. those two pieces bring some uniqueness to the setting. I would love to see something similar done with the floor lamp to help tie it into the room better though. They almost seem like random items.

my eye seems to keep coming back to the hard box shape of the arms of the sofas. Where the top of the sofa has this lovely delicate curve it give it this soft look the arms seem harder and almost miss matched. In fairness I don't know if that was the intention or not. But it does seem that your eye stay more to the left of the overall image, at least for me they do.

I love the image and the room setting myself though, and hope that you find my comments useful and beneficial.
